Paradise Island is a small island located at 25.08, -77.31 in the Bahamas, adjacent to the central island of New Providence (Nassau). It is best known for its sprawling beach resorts, the largest being Atlantis. Nassau, capital city of The Islands of The Bahamas, resides on New Providence Island, neighbor to Paradise Island. This island pair maintains a distinct blend of international glamour and tropical ease, giving travelers freedom to do everything or nothing at all.
On Paradise Island you'll find some of the more exquisite stretches in the Bahamas. Paradise Beach is the mainstay, but the rest of the island has great beaches as well including the three miles of continuous sand that stretches from the Atlantis resort all the way to Snorkeler's Cove. |
